Distant Healing Reiki/Quantum Touch© -- I have been told by many that I have a real gift for distance healing, and stories abound of my energetic help for speedy surgical recoveries, healing of physical pain and emotional trauma, spinal realignment, anxiety reduction, headache relief and more. I use skills practiced for over 30 years in Asian and Western methodologies. Prepare to be profoundly relaxed, and have a space to heal. Your session with Spruce comes with an option for phone support, and healing images.
Therapeutic Massage(Minneapolis, MN location) -- Nurturing massage incorporating many techniques for deep relaxation and healing. Whether you arrive with pain, or lesser degrees of real tension, fall into a place of genuine calm and balance. Reiki/Quantum Touch techniques included in price. Session results tend to continue for 3 to 4 days after you leave. The hot towels and heated massage table are always an added treat.
Spiritual Direction Sessions-- Find what is true for you. Gently investigate your past and present experience. Navigate to a richer day to day experience of the spiritual life. Develop personal ritual that is spiritually meaningful to you. All backgrounds welcomed and accepted.
Personal Transformation Sessions -- Together, we enter the Garden of Possibilities, and create a two hour session with Spruce experience that will give you the verbal, emotional, and energetic medicines you are most wanting. We can work over the phone, or in person. I draw from a large, and continually growing list of techniques I have trained in, many of which I also teach:

Distant Healing Client: Recently, I was having headaches every day and felt like my neck was out of alignment, and since I am living and working from my motor home, I am not near my chiropractor.
